This lecture will be held in German only.

This year, the Machine Vision Forum will again provide up-to-date and free technology knowledge in a compact, practice-oriented form. As an essential measurement and inspection technology for Industry 4.0, machine vision is more relevant than ever and the need for information is growing. Taking this into account, we offer short seminars and advice on all days of the trade show for all those who want to solve their tasks efficiently and goal-oriented with machine vision.

Introduce machine vision in the company - improve quality and save costs

Image processing is an essential key technology for the digital transformation of production. The "sense of sight for the machine" performs elementary measuring and inspection tasks. Understanding the interrelationships of the technical disciplines involved and the role of humans in this are necessities for entering the world of image processing.

Digital light - booster for image processing

Reliable light is a prerequisite for machine vision. Currently, new requirements are being added due to Industry 4.0 and faster machines: Machine vision lighting must be more precise, networkable, repeatably adjustable, duplicable and traceable, and its operating data must be recordable. We show you the state of the art as well as possible applications.

New robotic tool turns robot into universal measuring and testing machine

Industrial robots take on versatile tasks. The combination with image processing increases complexity and possibilities. A compact module consisting of camera, optics, lighting and lighting controller simplifies this drastically. Universal inspection machines and new machine concepts thus become possible.

Getting started with image processing - running projects professionally

Machine vision solutions are complex and hold more critical details than ordinary automation projects. We show which typical steps are gone through and where known "stumbling blocks" can be found.
